E' attiva dal 1996 nella realizzazione, nella distribuzione e nel supporto di sistemi gestionali per l’industria dell’ospitalità.

La scelta di specializzarsi fin dai suoi esordi in sistemi PMS (Property Management   System) e POS (Point of Sales) ne fanno il suo punto di forza.

Fino al 2007 ZEROUNO Informatica ha operato con due principali prodotti software: Soluzione Hotel e Touchbill, rispettivamente destinati alle due macro aree dell’ospitalità, ovvero la ricettività e la ristorazione.

Dal 1° gennaio 2007 ZEROUNO Informatica ha iniziato la distribuzione di hottimo, la prima suite di applicativi di ultima generazione dedicata alle medie e grandi strutture della ricettività, della ristorazione e dei centri benessere: singole e di catena.

Adottando tecnologie sempre all’avanguardia come Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Windows Pocket PC, Terminali Orderman, l’azienda può fornire, oltre a soluzioni informatiche complete ed integrate (software, formazione, aggiornamento, assistenza e consulenza tecnica), anche soluzioni tecnologicamente avanzate nei diversi settori, corredate da un adeguato supporto in termini di consulenza ed aggiornamento sulle diverse problematiche dell’ospitalità.

Dal 2019 ZEROUNO Informatica adotta il nuovo sistema gestionale Isidoro sviluppato con l’idea di rendere le funzionalità fruibili a tutti.

Funzionalità più rapide, più semplici e più immediate. Isidoro Software sviluppato sulla base di queste caratteristiche abbraccia tutto il settore alberghiero e ristorativo grazie ad una suite di prodotti integrata quale IsidoroPMS (hotel), IsidoroPOS (ristorante), IsidoroBE (prenotazioni dirette dal sito), IsidoroCM (prenotazioni dai canali OTA).

Completano la suite, una serie di moduli che ampliano l’offerta per il cliente, dalle fatture elettroniche al web checkin, dall’analisi dei costi, al magazzino, dal centro benessere alla gestione delle sale congressi.

Dal 2023 diventa ufficiale l’accordo con SmartPricing, il sistema di Business Intelligence. Smartpricing è il Revenue Management System che permette ad ogni struttura ricettiva di determinare e impostare automaticamente in Isidoro (e in tutti i canali web collegati) la miglior tariffa possibile per raggiungere e superare i propri obiettivi di vendita.
